Eminem beat the piss out of a strip joint patron -- literally -- at least according to a new lawsuit.

Miad Jarbou (common spelling) claims he was minding his own business at a Michigan strip club when he realized he had to pee. Jarbou went to the men's room, unzipped at the urinal when, suddenly, Slim Shady entered and began to whiz at a neighboring urinal. Slim's bodyguard was standing by when one of Jarbou's friends walked in, recognized Em and allegedly said, "Hey Eminem, what's up man?"
According to the suit, the bodyguard responded, "Shut the f**k up man! Don't say another word." Jarbou claims he said, "Hey man, my friend ain't starting trouble, it's just cool to see Eminem."
The suit claims Eminem "stepped back from the urinal and without warning or provocation, as Jarbou continued to urinate, drove his fist in a violent punching manner into the side of Jarbou's face, knocking him to the ground."
The incident allegedly occurred two years ago. Jarbou is suing for unspecified damages.

Eminem may have proved that its better to be pissing than be pissed off.
Miad Jarbou filed a lawsuit Friday in Oakland Circuit Court, claiming the rapper punched him two years ago while in a strip club bathroom. Detnews.com reports that the Jarbou seeks $25,000 in damages.
Clearly Eminem doesn't want anyone around when he's relieving his slim shady!

Eminem's record labels are being sued by the producers that first discovered him -- claiming they are owed back royalties.

The lawsuit, filed yesterday in federal court, claims Aftermath, Interscope and others owe F.B.T. Productions and Em2M LLC. in excess of $1 million because Em's current record label miscalculated the royalties due them. In fact, according to the suit, the defendants even admitted as much last year, but still haven't paid!
F.B.T. and another company involved in the deal, Em2M, are suing for back royalties, damages and attorneys fees.
Calls to Interscope were not immediately returned.

Eminem is going to court to make his ex-wife shut her trap.
The rapper has filed a motion attempting to prevent Kim Mathers, whom he's married -- and divorced -- twice, from making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory, and otherwise negative comments" about him in interviews. He claims that his wife's trash-talking is harming their 11-year-old daughter Hallie, and he will appear in court to discuss the motion on Monday, reports the Detroit News.
Kim Mathers has given a slew of interviews to TV and radio outlets in the last two months, and has slammed her ex-husband in all of them. She's said, amongst other things, that she vomits in her mouth whenever she hears his name, that Slim Shady's not terribly well endowed, that he's a bad father, and that he drove her to attempt suicide.
In the motion to suppress Kim's speech, Eminem says that she must be muzzled to "protect the child from further harm," and to prevent "any further behavior likely to expose the minor child to humiliation and hostility." Lawyers for both sides did not comment.

Kendra Wilkinson, one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends and one of the stars of the E! series "The Girls Next Door," found out firsthand just how mean Eminem can be. She also found out just how fast celebrity publicists can work when cleaning up one of their client's messes. This particular mess involves Slim Shady himself and his alleged poor conduct on a video shoot. According to Kendra, Em threw water on the Playmate's face for no apparent reason during a shoot for Eminem and Akon's new music video, "Smack that Ass." Afterwards, Kendra unleashed her fury over the situation with a scathing message on her Myspace page.
We contacted Em's reps to see what their side of the story was. When asked if Marshal would be issuing either an apology or a statement we were told very blatantly, "Nope!"
We also contacted Playboy to confirm the authenticity of Kendra's Myspace message. A rep from Playboy confirmed to TMZ that this blog was in fact written by Kendra Wilkinson. They also provided the following statement regarding her current feelings over the situation and Eminem himself. "Kendra wrote this blog following some on-set high jinks at a recent music video shoot. While she was upset at first, she later received flowers and an apology from Eminem and removed the blog. Everything is fine and there are no hard feelings."
Though Kendra may have forgiven Em, we probably won't be seeing him anytime soon at the Playboy Mansion.

The first of eight Eminem-designed Nike sneakers has been unveiled.
The sneaker features the Grammy-winning rapper's name alongside the trademark Nike swoosh.
Starting Thursday eight sets of each limited-edition design (64 pairs total) will be auctioned off over the next month in Nike stores and on eBay.
Regarding the design process Eminem says, "My only problem was figuring out how to make the shoes different from stuff they've already done: Nike always has the dopest color combos."
Proceeds from the auctions raises money for the Marshall Mathers Foundation, which helps troubled youth in southeast Michigan, and the ninemillion.org, which benefits the world's refugee youth.
Eminem has his own fashion line called Shady Ltd.

Jennifer, we thought this was a rumor we would be able to put to rest. Sources close to Nia told TMZ she and football phenom Reggie Bush, who has recently signed with the New Orleans Saints, are not seeing each other. They took a picture together at a party and speculation flew from that point on.
The plot thickens, however, as a TMZ source identified Reggie as the unknown man who Nia was with last month at an LA mall when a fight broke out between the running back and Long's ex, Massai Z. Dorsey. So now who knows what's true!

There's been a lot of talk lately about Eminem being understandably down after the death of his friend and former D12 bandmate Proof. But, if last night's appearance at the BET Awards is any indication, he's not down anymore. Indeed, he's right back on top.
Among the many great performances last night was an all-star rap ensemble led by Busta Rhymes. Busta was joined by Mary J. Blige, Lloyd Banks, Rah Digga and Missy Elliot for a blazing rendition of "Touch It." The place was jumpin' with that much starpower on stage, but then exploded when Eminem elevated from inside of a van parked on stage. Eminem showed no signs of rustiness, having not performed lately, as he lit up the stage and, in my opinion, stole the show.
It's good to see Shady back and, no doubt, Proof would be proud.

4) Colleen Has Just GOTTA KNOW: What happened to Joss Stone? When is her next album due out? Is there a new album?
Joss Stone's publicists have let TMZ know that while no album should be expected for at least two years, the passionate vocalist is currently putting her pen and pad to work. Having been portrayed as the "white Aretha Franklin," this 19-year-old's next album will no doubt prove to, for the third time around, take us where no Englander has taken us before. For the spotlight on Stone, take a look here.
5) Terrianni Has Just GOTTA KNOW: Why is Paul Walker not in the next Fast and the Furious movie? It won't be the same without him.
Paul Walker will indeed be missed in the latest street racing flick, "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift." Lucas Black, of "Friday Night Lights" and "Jarhead," has now taken over the lead. But what TMZ found out is that the "Fast and the Furious" franchise is actually centered around real life drift racing, as opposed to specific characters. And Paul Walker's role as Brian O'Conner in the previous two wasn't solely as a street racer. Now don't let the lack of Paul deter you from this fast-paced film. Make sure to check it out as it hits theaters June 16th. To catch up on the first two movies, check out some of these links.
6) Savannah Has Just GOTTA KNOW: What's going on with Eminem's marriage?
Eminem's second marriage to Kim Mathers didn't exactly work out the way either of them thought it would. While we can't say specifically what went wrong, we can say that the divorce was filed on Eminem's part due to "a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed." For more details on the story, click here.

From Jeff Davidson's Sound Bytes blog
With Eminem seemingly turning his focus to movies and Vanilla Ice being, well Vanilla Ice, there's a hole in the hip-hop community. But, never fear, VH1 is going to introduce America to the next great "white rapper" via a new reality series that is in the works.
But, this won't be "Malibu's Most Wanted." These competitors are heading to hip-hop's birthplace in the South Bronx to battle it out to see who is a wannabe and who is the real thing.
Jim Ackerman, VH1's Senior V.P. of Development and Production and Programming, tells TMZ that finalists have been whittled down from a nationwide search and production will begin shortly. The contestants will live together in the South Bronx and in addition to enduring various "musical challenges" like freestyle rap-offs, the rappers' "authenticity" will also be tested with various "cultural trials" where they will interact with the Bronx community. MC Serch (a/ka Michael Berrin) from Third Base will host and various old school and current rap stars will visit as judges.
So, all you other Shadys who are just imitating now's your chance to stand up. But, remember you only get one shot, so do not miss your chance to blow...

DETROIT (AP) -- Eminem will return to the big screen in an updated version of the television Western "Have Gun -- Will Travel."
Paramount Pictures has extended an 18-month option on the property to develop it as a vehicle for the Detroit rapper, Daily Variety reported Tuesday. The show debuted on CBS in 1957 and ran until 1963. Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, has committed to shoot the role and is excited about his latest opportunity, Interscope Records spokesman Dennis Dennehy told The Associated Press. Dennehy did not provide additional details.
The concept of the series will be updated to contemporary times and feature Eminem playing a bounty hunter, Daily Variety said. The 33-year-old Grammy-winning rapper rose to stardom with best-selling CDs, deeply personal lyrics and a starring role in the 2002 film "8 Mile." Eminem is also expected to be involved in producing the soundtrack of the new film.
"Have Gun -- Will Travel" starred Richard Boone, who earned Emmy nominations in 1959 and 1960 for his portrayal of gunfighter-for-hire Paladin.

Marshall Mathers (Eminem) vs.
Kimberley Mathers
Love isn't necessarily better the second time around as the Oscar-winning rapper files for divorce from his wife, again.
THE MARRIAGE: First marriage in 1999, first divorce in 2001, second marriage January 14, 2006
THE SPLIT: Eminem filed April 5, 2006
THE CHILDREN: Hailie Jade Scott born December 25, 1995
WHERE ARE THEY NOW: In April, less than three months after remarrying Kim Mathers, Eminem filed for divorce claiming "a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed." The filing shows the couple had a prenuptial agreement and Eminem is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.
Earlier this month, Kim filed a counter complaint seeking joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, child support, payment of legal fees and payment for mortgage, insurance and utilities for her Michigan home. Although in the past Kim has been a source of lyrical inspiration for Eminem, so far, there's been no word if their latest split will be immortalized in his music.
Paul McCartney vs.
Heather Mills McCartney
Despite being in the spotlight for decades, intense media scrutiny causes the music legend's marriage to go out of tune.
THE MARRIAGE: June 11, 2002
THE SPLIT: Underway
THE CHILDREN: Beatrice McCartney born October 28, 2003
WHERE ARE THEY NOW: After nearly four years of marriage, former Beatle Paul McCartney and his second wife Heather Mills McCartney separated. The couple blamed pressures from the media as the reason for the split, but insisted it was an amicable split.
For years the couple has been dogged with rumors that McCartney's children from his first marriage to Linda McCartney did not approve of the former model and animal rights advocate. The couple have always denied those allegations.
Despite McCartney's estimated wealth of $1.5 billion dollars, it is believed that he did not make Mills McCartney sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

Rapper Eminem filed for divorce this morning from him wife Kim -- for the second time -- after only 82 days of marriage.
The much beleaguered couple first tied the knot in 1999, then divorced in 2001. Kim faced a very public battle with drug addiction and was in and out of jail, but appeared to be on the road to recovery. After a reconciliation, the couple wed again in January 2006 in a lavish ceremony in their hometown of Detroit.
The papers, filed this morning in Macomb County, Michigan, were under Eminem's real name: Marshall Bruce Mathers III.
Eminem's attorney, Harvey Hauer, issued the following statement to TMZ: "The parties would appreciate their privacy during this time. I am confident that both parties want just what is best for their daughter."
