The acoustics of the song "Hotel Room Service" are so important to rapper Pitbull, he'll allegedly bail on a gig if you don't have the right sound equipment ... this according to a new lawsuit.
Pitbull is being sued by the El Potrero Night Club in Cudahy, CA, which claims it paid the rapper $28,000 for a concert back on May 14.
In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the owners of the club say Pitbull showed up on the day of the gig and complained about the sound equipment ... then officially bailed on them four hours before he was supposed to go on.
The owners of the club say Pitbull made off with their $28,000 -- and claim a total loss of $80,000 from the last-minute cancellation.

Sylvester Stallone claims someone was stupid enough to steal one of his most famous cars nearly 15 years ago -- and now the guy who has it is refusing to give it back.

It's all over the "iconic custom-built" 1950 Mercury featured in the Stallone classic, "Cobra." Stallone claims he had personally designed the car to fit his role in the film.
But Sly claims someone jacked the famous ride from a garage back in 1994 -- and it somehow got into the possession of a company that provides "on-camera vehicles" for movies. Sly claims he asked the owner of the company to give him the car back -- but the owner has refused.
Now Sly and his legal pit bull Marty Singer have filed an awesomely written lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, which begins with a quote from the movie -- "Crime is a disease. Meet the cure."
In the suit, Sly claims "by sheer fortuity" he came across a car auction on the Internet that featured the very same Mercury from "Cobra." Stallone claims he was shocked that someone had the "temerity" to try and sell the car in public -- since Sly had reported it stolen back in the day.
Sly never directly accuses the movie-car company of stealing the whip, which he claims is worth more than $250,000. The car company pulled the Mercury from the auction, but Sly still has some serious demands.
First -- he wants the car back, stat.
Second -- Stallone wants $3 million because the car company's site allegedly used Sly's name and image to promote the auction without proper permission.

Former "Big Brother" winner Adam Jasinski is finally getting let out of the slammer -- after a judge decided he doesn't have to remain locked up while awaiting trial on a prescription drug charge.
Once considered a flight risk, the season 9 champion will now be allowed to live at a substance abuse treatment facility in Massachusetts ... if he abides by the following rules:
-- Undergo the substance abuse treatment program
-- Must abide by all rules at the facility and successfully complete the program
-- Surrender his passport
-- He can only travel within the District of Massachusetts
-- He has to post three properties he owns to secure his appearance in court
-- His parents have to post their home to secure his appearance in court
-- After completion of the substance abuse program, he has to go back to court to discuss any further terms of his release.
Jasinski -- whose release date hasn't been set -- has been locked up since October 18, when cops busted him for allegedly trying to sell a sock full of 2,000 oxycodone pills.
Jasinski has been indicted on one charge possession of oxycodone with intent to sell -- he faces 20 years behind bars.

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson -- the 24-year-old who claims to be MJ's lovechild -- is going back to court in the hopes of getting a slice of Jacko's fortune, even though he was already rejected by the people who run MJ's estate.

PMMJJ just filed "objections of rejection" paperwork in L.A. County Superior Court, in which he begs a judge to "have determined that he is the biological son of decedent Michael Joseph Jackson ... and gain whatever benefits he is entitled to."
The Jackson estate had rejected PMMJJ's claim back in August, even though he provided a California birth certificate which lists Michael Joseph Jackson as his father.

Verne Troyer claims his ex-girlfriend -- who recently obtained a restraining order against him -- is just a lying gold-digger who had a bone to pick.
In a response filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Verne admits he started dating Yvette Monet after meeting her at a party at the Playboy mansion in December of '08.
Verne claims Yvette eventually wanted him to give her money so she could pay her bills -- but when she refused to cough up the actual bills, they got into a big fight.
Verne says he ended up cutting her a check for $2,000 anyway ... but they broke up a week later despite his generosity.
Monet eventually filed for a temporary restraining order against him -- which was granted -- claiming Verne wouldn't stop texting her ... and even threatened her life by saying his friends carried guns and would do anything he asked.
In the documents, filed by attorney Ed McPherson, Verne says "at no time did I ever threaten Ms. Monet or even hint to her that I would harm her in any way."
Verne says he found out about the restraining order by reading about it in the media.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Florida Highway Patrol will move to have charges filed against Tiger Woods in connection with the accident last Friday.
We are told the FHP will announce the case is against Tiger -- not his wife. We do not know if the FHP will arrest Tiger or refer the case to prosecutors.
We know FHP was investigating whether Tiger was driving his SUV under the influence.
Tiger was drifting in and out of consciousness after the accident. As we first reported, his wife gave paramedics two bottles of prescription meds she says Tiger had taken though she did not know when. There was no evidence of alcohol.
The FHP is holding a news conference at 3:00 PM ET. We will livestream.

One of the Burglar Bunch suspects admitted to peeing and puking in Orlando Bloom's bushes while three others were burglarizing his house ... this according to a detective's testimony today in suspect Alexis Neiers' preliminary trial.
Detective Brett Goodkin said he recently interviewed Alexis in the presence of her lawyer ... and that she admitted to being at Orlando's house on the night it was burglarized.
Det. Goodkin testified Alexis told him she rode with fellow suspect Nick Prugo to Bloom's house -- but was drunk and didn't know why they were going there.
Det. Goodkin said Alexis told him they met two females at Orlando's place -- including fellow suspect Rachel Lee -- and that Lee had already cut the fence outside Orlando's house before they even got there.
A different detective got on the stand after Goodkin, and said Alexis told him when she saw everyone ransacking Orlando's place, she got sick ... then threw up and peed in the bushes outside.
Neither detective said Alexis admitted to taking anything from the house.
UPDATE: Alexis will stand trial -- she's set to be arraigned on December 15.
