Pimp and Pros Pitch Paul for Prez

Hillary and Obama might court the unions and the NEA for their endorsement, Romney and Rudy the NRA and the Christian right, but only one candidate is truly getting whored-out in his campaign for president.
Ron Paul and prostitutes
That, of course, is Ron Paul, the Libertarian GOP hopeful (and prohibitive underdog), who has procured the ass-istance of perhaps the most famous legal brothel in the world -- Northern Nevada's BunnyRanch -- and its proprietor, Dennis Hof. In fact, TMZ has obtained an appeal from Hof to American voters, which Hof hopes will, as he puts it, "lubricate Ron Paul's path to the White House."

Unfortunately, Paul isn't on board with the program, because when we called his campaign manager to ask about the pimp support, he didn't sound too happy about it.

Mark Elam says that Congressman Paul "didn't solicit" Hof and his hoes -- certainly not their business, nor their political support. He tells us that, to his knowledge, Hof and Rep. Paul haven't met, nor does Paul sanction any form of prostitution.

As the libertarian-leaning candidate, Paul has been vocal in his support of states' rights, which, naturally, are amenable to the BunnyRanch and its business. Still, Paul is also strongly pro-life.

61. News flash: This is a Republican Primary. None of you wack jobs, druggies or Ron Paul Cult followers are representive of My Party. Only in this Internet universe does Mr. Paul have fans, not in real voting booths. By Feb. 5th he will be a footnote in history.

62. There's a poll on the GoToTheDoghouse website asking if you even know who Ron Paul is. The funny thing is that almost 30% of the voters "don't know" if they know!! How silly is that?!

63. I wonder if many people know that both, yes both, St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Ausgustine agreed that human nature being what it is that prostitution was better, as Aquinas has it, than the "deflowering of virgins and the cultivation of unnatural vices". As to the first: hey, better the young fellow your daughter dates has, as we say, had his ashed hauled rather than trying to get into her pants. As to the second point: well, depends what you call "unnatural vices" -- I wonder if the child predators would be a little less active if they actually had a bit of natural sex available? See St. Thomas's SUMMA THEOLOGICA, 2, 2a.

70. No one really seems to care about the $850,000 in dirty cash Hillary received from some Chinese communist. People are free to donate to what ever candidate they like right?

72. If you REALLY want to hear about Ron Paul's stances and see for yourselves what kind of amazing support he actually has, then visit one of the most popular fan sites: www.ronpaulforums.com

Ron Paul is being blacklisted by the media. Everyone, yourselves included I'm sure, have been saying for years that "The news is corrupt... it's biased... it's not the full truth."

If you BELIEVE that, then you can't doubt that they trump up some people and purposefully ignore others to give the impression they don't have a chance. His supporters are NOT only on the internet, he has the most active LIVE gatherings of any candidate! INCLUDING Hillary and Obama!

Ron Paul... has thus far won more polls than he's lost, his supporters put their hard earned dollars where their mouths are, too. Brushing him aside with smear campaigns just shows you how scared of him they are. If you like getting screwed repeatedly by the same system over and over again then throw your vote away on Rudy, Hillary or Obama and thank you for supporting the ruin of America.

73. Ron Paul stated recently, when told of the prostitute's support, "I believe in freedom and it is not my business what people do with their freedom". I might add, as long as they do not harm the life, liberty or property of another. These women are legally employed in Nevada and should participate in political discourse. All Americans should. Anyone in a tip based profession should know that Ron Paul has drafted a Bill that prohibits the IRS from taxing tips. A political philosophy supporting Liberty has a wide appeal. Not being a prude, I say, welcome aboard the Revolution, ladies and gents!

74. I heard Ron Paul respond to the idea of being supported by this group of young women. Ron Paul stated that he" believes in freedom and it is not his business what people do with their freedom." I will add that as long as what they do, does not harm the life, liberty or property of another. I suggest these young ladies look at recent legislation Ron Paul is trying to pass. It is a Bill to intended to stop the collection of Income Tax on tips. I believe that the philosophical idea of "Liberty " promotes a "big tent" voter base. Not being a prude, I say welcome to the Revolution ladies and gents!

75. Ron Paul is running as a Republican -- but don't let that hinder you from checking into him....there are only 3 candidates that dont' take corporate sponsorship or lobby money, ROn Paul, Dennis Kuccinich and Mike Gravel. Ron Paul is HOPE FOR AMERICA! Seriously, look into him.
