63. Brit has been on a self-destructive path ever since justin dumped her ordinary-looking ass. I cant blame her as I would do the same if I lost out on that sexybitch justin. However, she needs to get her act together and until she does...NO KIDS!! Talk is cheap but she is clearly telling us with her actions that she does not want her kids right now. She's a sorry excuse for a mother and I'm just glad that justin didnt plant his seed in that. I know his mama is thanking the Lord right about now!

64. Well, Brit may be unfit at this time, but I'm just wondering how fit Federline is -- I feel sorry for these kids. Seems to me that they should be placed in a stable home environment til Brit can get her act together.

She is seriously SLOW. I think she really doesn't want the kids back. It's too hard for her to follow any direction.

Let her live her empty boring life without them. They'll have a nice support of family at Kevin's house.

And I'm sure Kevin wasn't smoking pot. The judge is impartial - he will not be made a mockery of. Money doesn't pull all the strings in life. Some people do behave based on PRINCIPLE.

71. Verna, I wouldn't say she is acting like most kids of her age. The 25 yr olds that I know are all excellent mothers and have giving up partying already. Myself included. I had my first daughter at 25 and was more than ready to handle the responsibility! I am now 30 with 3 beautiful children and would give my life for them.
I agree with your statement, except by 25 most kids have an idea on how to be responsible and handle themselves. Take care and no disrespect intended!

73. This Judge obviously does not give a damn about the welfare of the kids. How do you seperate the kids from their mother who has been there all the time from day one ?
Say what you want, but when Brittany was pregnant, and then at home with babies, K-Fed was off drinking and playing with hookers in Vegas. He was rarely home....and you call him a Good father ?
You are as stupid as the judge if you believe that. Leave this poor girl alone while she sorts out her life.

It was proven in court (with evidence, not gossip and hearsay) that Britney Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" and she was ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week as part of her ongoing custody dispute with Federline.

Spears also was ordered to meet weekly with a parenting coach who was to observe and report back to the court about her parenting skills.

Both Spears and Federline must complete the court's "Parenting Without Conflict" class.

What is so hard to do any of the above? If her children ARE the priority, it’s all sooooooooo easy. Get er done and the judge is out of your life and the kids have visitation with both parents 50/50. Gavel sounds. Over. Screw around and act like the judge and the court’s rulings ain’t nothing and the rule of law will come down on your head.

BS’s fall into chaos has nothing to do with her mother, ex-husbands, media, court, judges, broken heels, Sarah Silverman, ‘haters’, global warming, President Bush, or not driving well. It’s her own fault people!!! Shame on her and shame on those who excuse her rotten behavior.

She needs to get her head out of her ass and move into Reality.
