Warrants Served in Anna Nicole's Death

TMZ has learned that the California Department of Justice began serving search warrants Friday in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith. One was served this morning at the home of Anna's psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and we're told Howard K. Stern was actually there at the time!

We're told that eight warrants were served altogether by armed officers, and these may be connected to the Department's investigation of Dr. Eroshevich. KABC cameras caught Dr. Eroshevich outside her home today. Sources say the warrants were served at several businesses connected to Anna's doctors and at a storage facility. Ellyn Garafalo, a lawyer for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed methadone to Smith shortly before she died, confirmed to the AP the doctor's home and offices were among those raided.

As TMZ first reported, the Medical Board of California is investigating Eroshevich, who ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna, five days after her son Daniel died.

Anna got what she wanted - fame - but at a price and it looks good on her. Her Mom was right when she warned her to watch out for whom she associated with.

Before Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern went to war over Anna Nicole Smith's newborn kid, the two men actually spent a lot of time together having fun. In these pictures taken last year, the dueling daddy candidates were spotted down under, frolicking with Anna around Sydney's Luna Amusement Park right before the 2005 MTV Awards in Australia. Ah the good ol' days. Birkhead appeared in front of a judge Wednesday morning asking that Anna Nicole be ordered to return from the Bahamas and submit to a paternity test. Unfortunately Birkhead will have to wait for the results, as the hearing was pushed until October 26.

Why did the CA. Dept. of Justice wait so LO-O-O NG ??!!!

Dr. E. had loads of time to get rid of any evidence out of her house & offices.

Now that she's moving, they start searching.

A lot of people are going to be outraged about this.

Dr. E. had lots of time to do some Serious House Cleaning,
shredding and throwing out ANY & All pieces of Evidence.

119. In my opinion, Birkhead, Stern, Dr. E, Dr. Kapoor, and Virgie are ALL at fault in one way or another in the lives and deaths of Anna & Daniel. Don't even get me started on Mo and his wife. NOBODY is innocent here. There is NO lesser of EVILS in any of this bunch. Poor Dannielynn.
