Warrants Served in Anna Nicole's Death

TMZ has learned that the California Department of Justice began serving search warrants Friday in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith. One was served this morning at the home of Anna's psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and we're told Howard K. Stern was actually there at the time!

We're told that eight warrants were served altogether by armed officers, and these may be connected to the Department's investigation of Dr. Eroshevich. KABC cameras caught Dr. Eroshevich outside her home today. Sources say the warrants were served at several businesses connected to Anna's doctors and at a storage facility. Ellyn Garafalo, a lawyer for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed methadone to Smith shortly before she died, confirmed to the AP the doctor's home and offices were among those raided.

As TMZ first reported, the Medical Board of California is investigating Eroshevich, who ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna, five days after her son Daniel died.


UPDATES: We're told the DOJ will hold a press conference at 11:00 AM. Stay tuned!

AND...just because I believe HKS, does not mean that I agree that the meds given to ANNA by her doctors was appropriate! That's what the investigation is for...for the professionals to determine! Oh that's right....no matter what they find, if it is not R.C. and gangs truth, it's all a lie!

93. Howard made me want to vomit on Larry King lying about all the drugs he gave Anna.
The best ones were the excuses he made for the video of the stoned Anna in the clown face as just kidding around and the picture of her with the vomit coming out of her mouth which I had not seen before as just Anna's bad eating manners.
He is so sleazy he makes Rita look like an Angel.
Larry has turned out to be as sleazy as trashy Anna and the people she kept around her.
People talk about Vergie she is no worse as the rest of the whores around Anna.

97. CNN just confirmed that BOTH DOCTORS WERE SERVED with search warrants for their own businesses AND their own STORAGE FACILITY. 11 AM press conference by Jerry Brown.

There you have it. The storage facility belonged to ONE of the two doctors--CNN didn't say which one.

WAS HOWARD SERVED????? NO NO NO. Was it his storage facility Publix from the Studio City home?? NO NO NO. Was Howard present at Dr. E's??? YES YES YES.

CNN rattled something off about pharmacies which makes sense being investigated.

Has to do with CA DOJ and Medical Board investigation of both doctors.

There ya go--now go chew on that for the next 10 years.

Birkhead: Stern Taunted Me, Gave Drugs to Sick Anna

Larry Birkhead alleged on the witness stand that during a hospital stay in April 2006, when Anna Nicole Smith was ill and several months' pregnant, that Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole had "a duffel bag" full of drugs with which they would supplement the hospital's dosages.

Birkhead added that Anna Nicole made "a baby book" while in the hospital, in which she identified Birkhead as the dad, and Howard K. Stern as "Uncle Howard." Nearing tears, Birkhead described his efforts to help Anna get past her drug problems at her Studio City home in May 2006.

He also suggested that Stern was "romantically interested" in Anna Nicole but that the love was unrequited. Birkhead said that Stern challenged Birkhead's paternity, and taunted him with the possibility that South Carolina businessman Ben Thompson might be the actual father.

102. I too watched Howard on Larry King. His response to her behavior in the infamous "clown video" was brushed off by him with the lame excuse that she was pretending to be a little girl. Please! Look at her when she's filmed outside, the movement of her mouth, her body, how she stares up to the sky, she's tripping her face off. What made me sick about it was him laughing at it. He's still an unemployed leach. I guess it must be tough to find a new cash cow at this point. Maybe he should give Ms. Spear's a call. I'm sure he could find a way to drain her bank account, it wont be too hard since she's already in a drug and alcohol induced fog.

Howard K. Stern is reportedly about to make bank over Anna Nicole Smith -- by giving a "tell-all" interview to "Entertainment Tonight" -- just days after Anna's death.

The buzz is that "ET" forked over a cool $1 million for the exclusive interview, which begins airing in segments tonight, but exact details of the deal remain secret. TMZ was unable to confirm that, but it's a safe bet it's a large number. The interview takes place during Howard's flight from Florida to the Bahamas to secure Dannielynn.

In a preview clip posted on YouTube, Stern is seen "crying" over Anna's death while bleating lines like, "I just want her to be with Daniel, I hope that they're happy ... she was such a wonderful person."

Larry Birkhead told the court in the Anna Nicole Smith case that Howard K. Stern bugged him relentlessly in May 2006, to deny to magazines and tabloids that he was the father of Dannielynn, even calling him "200 times" while Birkhead was working, to try to persuade him.

Birkhead said that he obliged Stern's request just to "get him off my back," but later sold photos establishing his relationship with Anna Nicole to reverse the media report and correct the record.
