TMZ caught up with hottie Michelle Rodriguez outside of an L.A. courthouse yesterday, and she initially wasn't in the greatest of moods -- but who is when reporting to court?!


The "Lost" actress' irritation fizzled out as TMZ joined her on a lovely walk, where she avoided questions on her own life, but did chat on all things Hollywood -- discussing Britney Spears vs. Whitney Houston, Kiefer Sutherland's DUI and even her perspective on life. Get this woman her own talk show!

Considering Rodriguez could face between 477 to 537 days in county jail and a $2,000 fine if she's found to have violated terms of her probation -- being the good girl is probably not a bad idea.

7. she's amazing. any other celeb would duck into a car, cloaked by a bodyguard and a publicist and a lawyer as they avoided all media when leaving court. she walks home and chats with the very site who always treats her like pure grabage.

anyone who disses this chick is evil. she rox. plain and simple. I hope the judge goes easy on her.

14. michelle rodriguez is very different from britney and the likes in one regard...the girl has talent. anyone who doubts it needs to check out her first film "girlfight". and for everyone scoffing at the hottie tag...i guess you never saw fast and furious. she generated some real heat with vin diesel. i admit she screwed up...but that fact that she actually did her time without whining about it or trying to buy her way out of jail in refreshing. michelle is pretty blunt and up front and seems to have a little more on her mind than color co-ordinating her poodle's fur with her newest outfit. i guess you all would like her better is she was a tad more plastic...
