80. People all over have come to hate this girl. Not so much for what she has, but for the arrogance, haughtiness, above everybody, selfish attitude. There are many wealthy loved entertainers who deserve everything they have, because they uphold a certain decorum that they understand is expected and they seem more than happy to think about their image "off screen" as well, so to speak. Who do these young entertainers think they are? Why, they haven't even paid their dues yet, like the ones back in the day. This is clearly a symptom of these ingrates wanting their dessert before their meal, and they in no way have even proven themselves yet, and proving comes with more longevity than miss spears has begun to put in, to date. I feel, even at this age, she needs to be taken over her mothers knee and spanked to where she'll never forget it. She should have been sat on a long time ago.

The LA County DA has already released a statement last week saying that the invalid license charge was secondary and that it stemmed from an early Aug. incident. From that point onward she has had a month to change her license over.

As far as the dog goes. I think it depends on the place because I've seen people bring their "toy" dogs before.

As far as the sheriffs escort...their job is to respond and try to prevent incidents from occurring. Given that there was 20+ photographers following from her house...I'd say it was pretty fair to call someone to be on the safe side. A crowd like that, who knowingly breaks auto laws so that they can get a picture, needs to be regulated.

Don't hate on Britney Spears because 20+ people CHOSE to follow her! She is going to bloody Starbucks like 79 million other people do everyday! If the girl likes their coffee...let her buy it and drink it!

As to those who say she calls up the photogs....considering people in her neighborhood have already spoken out and said that at the very least 15 cars camp out overnight in front of the community in which she lives...I'm not thinking she has to call anyone up!

82. Why doesn't Britney Spears get herself a camera with a high speed flash and aim it at the photogs, I' sure it would ruin a lot of their shots. Unless she enjoys the daily intrusion into her life... which I am sure she does some days and not others.

85. BOYCOTT STARBUCKS!!! Call the Malibu Sheriff's Office and COMPLAIN BIG TIME!!! Why is she driving with a suspended license???

Look at all the fender bender she has caused. She makes wrecks and does not pay for the damage - SHE IS DESPICABLE and THIS IS IT = THE LAST STRAW!!!

We have had it with Britney Spears and something needs to be done. I am glad that nurse is suing her for the damage to her car that she refused to pay for. I hope US magazine sues her for all the havoc she caused and the damage THIS RUDE UGLY PIG did to the designer dress. Don't forget the property owner whose furniture was ruined when this SLOB ate on the furniture and ruined it.

A Sheriff's Deputy in L.A. is NOT an LAPD officer, ya brainiac. The L.A. Sheriff's and LAPD are two separate law enforcement agencies. Southern California has some 80-90 cities, many in close proximity, and many of the smaller cities, such as West Hollywood contract with the Sheriff's office to provide law enforcement services instead of creating their own PDs.

And for those of you who are clamoring about the waste of *your* hard-earned tax dollars - Britney Spears, at her income, pays A LOT more in taxes than you make in before-tax dollars at your paltry jobs.

89. I agree with #9. Any private citizen should have the right to go to Starbucks or anyplace else s/he wants without being hounded by paps. It is the harrassment by the paparrazi that made the Sheriff's deputy necessary.

Yeah, pass a law or ordinance requiring paps to stay 100 feet away, and not harass. It's the paps using up the taxpayers' money.
