O.J.'s Alleged Robbery -- Caught on Tape!

**WARNING: This audio contains graphic content. Listener discretion is advised.**

TMZ has obtained an audio tape of O.J. Simpson's confrontation with a sports memorabilia dealer that led to his arrest on felony robbery charges. In it, you hear someone say, "You against the motherf*****g wall."
Click to play!
The tape was recorded by Thomas Riccio, who co-owns the auction house Universal Rarities. Riccio met up with Simpson just before the confrontation at the Palace Station Casino on Thursday night.

We're told Riccio was on hand to help Simpson prove certain memorabilia being auctioned by Alfred Beardsley was ill-gotten. Riccio says he believed Simpson was going to confront Beardsley in the hotel room to give him an ultimatum -- either hand over the goods or Simpson would call the cops.

Riccio turned his Olympus digital voice recorder on before the group entered the room -- a group that included Simpson and four other men. Almost immediately, Simpson went wild, hurling profanities at Beardsley and another memorabilia dealer, Bruce Fromong.

The confrontation lasts six minutes. It is graphic and telling. Simpson is clearly the ringleader. Simpson repeatedly says, "Think you can steal my s**t and sell it?"

To hear much more of the confrontation, watch TMZ TV tonight.

We're told Riccio also recorded the police interview with Beardsley and Fromong. Riccio also claims he has audio of Beardsley and Fromong conceding they didn't have a right to the memorabilia. Riccio also says he has audio of Bruce Fromong saying he helped Simpson hide money in offshore accounts.

And there's this: Riccio's partner, Jeff Woolf, says Simpson left a message on Riccio's cellphone trying to convince him that there was no gun involved in the robbery.

95. I'm a bit concerned that the 10% or so, of OJ supporters who think he could not have done this, will RIOT when "GUILTY" is sounded. This will set off a wave of (so called) retaliation against justice - Poor folks of Las Vegas, and the other major cities of this country - your cities will be destroyed.

I say the police should be allowed, to shoot on spot, anyone who loots, burns, destroys, etc in the aftermath of a guilty verdict.

100. Ladyridah.......I don't need you to tell me about what is happening in our world. This site is specifically for OJ comments, get it ?????
Maybe you were sitting on the jury in the criminal case. If you think you are going to find a lot of OJ sympathizers, you are woefully misguided Ma'am.

102. Plays a lot of golf for having arthritis? HUM... Oh, lawyers took him off of his meds. during the trial I bet so the wet, dried, shrunk leather glove w/swelled hands AND latex gloves would not fit. Didn't have to make him stop the meds. though, mine went in the garbage just from getting them wet from the snow. Boy I can remember the ringing in my ears with that one from the OJ trial. Wonder why the prosecution did not admit into evidence same brand/size -wet to dry and not wet at all with one of the trial lawyers hands? Or say *at least* OJ's meds. On them/or not during trial? Prosecution should have known better w/leather!!!!

105. TMZ, how did you get that tape?? You are always first at almost all of the breaking news for celebrities, music artists etc. Wonder how you do it?? All of the men involved in OJ's brilliant sting operation are thugs with a seedy background. Riccio and Woolf's 'Universal Rarities' auction house must be a questionable business and I sure did not realize that anyone would even want any of OJ's memorabilia --sports or clothing as of today.
