Kelsey Grammer is being sued by a company that installed his kitchen -- not once, not twice, but, we're told, three times.

In the suit, filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, The Last Detail claims it did a ton of work for Kelsey and Camille but got stiffed to the tune of $148,135.52. Sounds like a lot of money -- even for Malibu -- except our spies say Kelsey and Camille kept changing their minds. She didn't like the color, he didn't like this and that ... blah, blah blah. Plus, they kept expanding the scope of work.
We're told they kept promising to pay and at one point the company was allegedly told they would pay when Kelsey was in a "good mood." Apparently, she has irritable bowels ... he's just irritable.
Grammer could not be reached for comment.

The apartment manager in the Dane Cook Poopfest '08 eviction trial apparently has a "smoking" gun.
Tomorrow at 10 AM, jurors will watch video of Dane's dog, Beast, s**ting in the common area of the complex. This, after the manager testified that he posted signs and even slipped a note under Dane's door outlining the pooping rules.
In Feburary 2007, the manager delivered a letter to all pet owners in the building saying 10 piles of "little black poo" were found in the common area. Beast is a miniature pinscher. If the stool fits.....
Is this a smear campaign? Stay tuned.

The building manager in the Dane Cook dog poop trial is on the stand, testifying there are signs in the yard warning about dogs sh**ting on the lawn, and Dane is a serial offender.
The trial -- aka Poopfest '08 -- was riveting, as the manger told jurors at the Bev Hills Courthouse that he noticed "recurring small black poop being left behind in the backyard." All signs and fumes point to Dane's pooch. Will the "comedian" be evicted?
Stay tuned!

So Madonna's peeps have said Brit will be doing something for Madonna's upcoming concert tour. We have a little info....

Our sources says she'll be shooting a video -- very soon -- that will be played on a projection screen during Madonna's concert. They won't tell us if she'll sing on the video. And a sloppy kiss is weird when you're on a projection screen.

Van Halen won't have to call Sammy Hagar back quite yet!
Diamond David Lee Roth was reportedly pulled over for speeding in Ontario, Canada last month when officers noticed the rocker was having a medical emergency -- Roth was suffering from a severe allergic reaction to nuts.
An ambulance was called and Roth, a paramedic himself, was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated and released. The officers are being credited with saving Roth's life.
Calls to Roth's reps have not been returned.

Dane Cook's lawyer has dog s**t on the brain. He's grilling prospective jurors about their views on dogs and excrement.

Cook's landlord has gone to court, trying to get the "comedian" evicted because his dog habitually craps in the public areas of the apartment building. Dane's lawyer is asking prospective jurors a number of revealing questions, including:
- What's worse. Stepping in gum or stepping in dog poop?
- If you live next to a park and saw dog poop, would you avoid that park?
- Would you confront someone about spitting out gum on the sidewalk or not picking up dog poop in a public place?
- Would you confront a neighbor about picking up after their dog?
UPDATE: -- The s**t has hit the fan! The jury has been selected.

John Mayer has officially cauc-blocked himself from singing with one of his favorite bands -- as in he thinks he's too Caucasian to get down with The Roots!

Moments later, his dance moves reinforced his point.

Dennis Rodman has got more legal trouble than he can shake his extremely long tongue at -- but as Wesley Snipes will attest, this is one problem that won't go away. Always bet on the IRS!

A couple of outstanding tax liens show that the Worm owes well over $400K to the IRS, and they don't appear to have been paid. Rodman's peeps say it was a mistake by Dennis' old biz manager, and that when all is said and done he'll owe "a very small balance" -- which he'll pay.
As they say, stay tuned.

Gary Condit didn't get slandered by Dominick Dunne.

Condit's federal lawsuit against the famed author was thrown out today, after a judge ruled Dunne's comments on "Larry King Live" -- intimating that Condit had something to do with the presumed murder of Chandra Levy -- did not rise to the level of slander.
U.S. District Judge Peter Leisure ruled, "The context in which Dunne's statements were made demonstrate that they were part of a discussion about 'speculation' in the media and inaccurate media coverage."
Dunne is finishing up a highly-anticipated novel. We have no idea what Condit is up to.

There's nothing Tony Romo won't do twice, including grabbing the mic at the Steel Panther show at the Key Club in Hollywood and blasting out high notes to hair band music.

Romo sang the same exact Guns N' Roses hit he busted out the last time he took Jess to see a Steel Panther show back in January. Someone's been practicing...

Other than Janice Dickinson, supermodels do not age. Heidi Klum is 35 going on 13!

With her Michelle Tanner hair clip, Hot Topic rocker belt, skater chick jeans and hipster Converse sneakers, Heidi looks more like she's about to get a ride home from the mall from her parents, than on her way to a meeting in NYC.
If only every teen could have an assistant walking paces behind them carrying their bags.

In news more surprising than that time he dipped his junk into concrete, Steve-O showed up to court today and told us he hasn't touched a drug in four months.

The "Jackass" star, real name Stephen Glover, was in court to update his progress after his cocaine bust -- and even though a "suffering" Steve-O talked about living in a looney bin, it didn't stop his lawyer from cracking a few A-Rod jokes.

Day four of the divorce cage match -- ding ding! Today a forensic psychiatrist testified that Christie Brinkley's jerk-off husband Peter Cook should not have custody of the kids. Brilliant analysis doctor!
Dr. Stephen Herman testified that pervy Peter's nasty habits were "narcissistic" and "self-destructive," but that doesn't mean he's a bad dad. Doc Herman did say, however, that Cook should not have custody of the couple's two kids.
Both are asking for full custody of the children.
